Classes take place online via zoom.
Before Sunrise
Mon - Fri 4:30am-5:30am
Two and a half hours before sunrise is the time period known as the ambrosial hours or the amrit vela.
It is said that during this time the sun is at a sixty-degree angle to the Earth where the energy you put into your practice (sadhana) recieve optimum results.
There’s a unique stillness at these early hours your energetic efforts will be maximised. “These are considered the ‘magic hours’ where time sits still, the world is quiet, you can meditate and concentrate before the rest of the world awakes.
There is a saying “early to bed, early to rise keeps you healthy, wealthy and wise”.
Morning Class

Classic Kundalini Yoga class includes warm ups
a kriya (which means “action” in Sanskrit) usually includes most of the following techniques:
Asana: body postures
Mudras: hand positions
Pranayama: breathwork
Mantras: intentional, repeated sounds
Bandhas: constriction of particular area of the body
Drishti: directing the gaze of the eyes
Shivasana: relaxation at the end of practice
Meditation

Meditation is no longer seen as an eastern practice, more and more people in the west, in all areas of work, education and life are finding the multiple benefits of this practice.
If you want to live with greater awareness and intention, one way to enter this state of heightened attention is to practice meditation.
Meditation is considered the prize in Kundalini Yoga.
