Jennifer English will be teaching the schedule here at the Golden Sutra with guest teachers to be announced. Jennifer completed Kundalini Research Institute, Level 1 Teacher Training with JOY Yoga London.
She continues to explore her yogic journey with KRI Level 2 Teacher Training and has completed level 1, 2 & 3 Gong practitioner training with Preet Kaur(KYTA)
Having great respect for the different paths of yoga and martial arts, Kundalini Yoga resonated with Jennifer English the most, gifting her a transformative experience.
Jennifer loves to explore the vast library of teachings that Kundalini Yoga has to offer. In her classes she shares these with regular short kriya’s meditations and mantras. She believes continuity is key to mastery, her intention is to give her students a toolbox to go to as and when.
Jennifer English is a multi disciplinary artist living and working in East London.and has worked in the Arts in Industry education and community. Her artistic practice expands across multi disciplines and mediums. She has exhibited works in Animation, Painting, Sculpture, Ceramics, Textiles, and Installation
